Freight Market Summary

 Clean Tankers
Still under pressure. Export activity remains modest and insufficient to draw down the excess of prompt tonnage. Owners continue offering discounted rates, and sentiment remains soft as we head deeper into Q4.

 Crude Tankers
Stable and structurally supported. A number of VLCCs are tied up on long-haul routes, reducing available capacity. While demand isn’t surging, the reduced supply is helping to maintain a floor on rates.

LNG Shipping
Tight and firm. Winter seasonality is keeping charterers active and spot rates elevated. Limited vessel supply continues to support bullish sentiment in the Atlantic Basin.

Dry Bulk & General Freight
Still mixed. Bulk demand is steady in some segments, but container and general cargo lanes are facing softness due to uneven global trade and excess capacity.

Overall Takeaway
Clean-product tankers are battling oversupply, while crude and LNG continue to benefit from structural constraints and seasonal demand. Without a surge in volumes, clean freight markets may remain weak into December.
